Missouri Tax Free Weekend!

It's here!

Missouri's Back to School TAX FREE Weekend is here! Starting TODAY (Aug 5) and going until Sunday (Aug 7) the 4.225% sales tax is waived for your qualified purchases!

This weekend there is no Tax on:

*Clothing- items less than $100... so no expensive designer jeans!
*School Supplies- less than $50 per purchase
*Personal Computers- $3500 or less
*Computer Software- $350 or less
*Computer Peripheral Devices- $3500 or less

Most areas of Missouri are participating but there are a few exclusions like Richmond Heights. Double check to see if your Cities, Counties, and Districts are participating.

Tax Free Weekend: Abercrombie and Fitch

I know when I was in High School and College my parents would have jumped for joy if they saw this coupon!

Tax Free Weekend: Best Buy

Since Tax Free Weekend is coming up and I know not everyone has kids that need rulers and crayons, I figured I would let you know of some of the deals at Best Buy (especially since I talked about them on Great Day)!


There are computer deals everywhere but I do like Best Buy because of their Reward Zone.


But if you are planning on buying a computer or accessories, you can save up to 20% when you buy 3 or more items qualifying for the discount. Items include laptops, bags, headphones, cables, cords and ink. Go here for all of the details and see all of the qualifying items!


If you are in the market for a printer, Best Buy is giving you $50 off their Kodak all-in-one printers when you bring in your old one to swap out. One of the Kodak Printer models is $99 and after $50 discount would only be $49! Go here to print your coupon to take to the store with you.


Like I said earlier, I also like Best Buy because they offer you money back with their Reward Zone program. For every 250 points you earn (roughly $250) you get $5 back! Here they come! The Tax Free Weekend clothing deals are starting to roll in! Head on over to Plum District and print a coupon for 30% off your purchase with the GAP friends and family event! This coupon is good in-store and online and is valid Aug 4-7! Go here to print your copy!

Old Navy is also doing a "Super Cash" event! Now I am not totally enthused with this deal, BUT with kids going back to school, I know everyone is trying to save a buck! Until August 18th, for every $20 you spend you earn $10 in "Super Cash" (up to $50). Then August 25-29 you can redeem every $10 of your "Super Cash" for every $20 purchase (In-store only).
